Not returning form

If you are not planning to return to Saint Martinís University or the residence halls for the approaching semester, please check the appropriate boxes and write a brief explanation. Please submit this form on or before the last day of classes for the current semester. Failure to complete this form may result in a continuation of housing charges and/or forfeiture of your damage deposit.

  • All students leaving university housing must clean and vacate their rooms within 24 hours of their last final and make arrangements to check out properly with their RA. Graduating seniors are required to check out no later than noon on the Sunday following graduation.
  • First-year and sophomore students are required to live on campus unless approved for an on-campus housing exemption. The exemption request is available online at: http://www.stmartin.edu/residencelife/images/pdf/exemptionRequest2012.pdf.
  • If leaving the university or approved for an exemption, mail service and meal plans will be terminated with this cancellation.
  • Deposit refunds are available to those who fulfill the terms and conditions of residence. If you qualify for a refund of your damage deposit, you must submit your request within 30 days of your check-out.
  • Deposit requests can be made by submitting the Deposit Request Form online at http://www.stmartin.edu/ResidenceLife/Forms/depositRefundRequest.aspx.
