  2. Your credit card will not be charged until AFTER reunion in mid-June. So register NOW, especially if you want housing in Davenport!
  3. Buy 0Y4 gear at Campus Customs
  4. Email us (Yale2004Reunion@gmail.com) with SONG suggestions from 2000-2004 that you'd like to hear Friday night.

Your quick guide on How to Register for Reunion

If you signed up on the “Who’s Coming” link a few months back, it does NOT mean you registered. Register at www.aya.yale.edu/reunions and click on the Coming to Reunion? link. Registering requires giving your credit card information (fees are processed after reunion in June).

  1. Click the Coming to Reunion? link
  2. Address Page: Fill out accordingly
  3. Guest & Meals Page:
    • Add any guests/children you are bringing, if any.
    • Indicate the meals you will be attending; you don't have to pay extra for your meals. All meals (except Sunday Brunch in Commons, $28) are included in your Reunion Fee (i.e. If you come Friday – Sunday, you can eat all the meals. If you come Saturday – Sunday, you can eat all meals provided Saturday and Sunday, etc).
    • We know everyone will want to stop by their favorite New Haven restaurants, but since the meals are covered in your reunion fee, why not just say you'll go and then you can make a game-time decision once you’re there.
  4. Housing Page:
    • Fill out accordingly if you want to stay in Davenport College.
    • Makes sure you read the Housing and Hotel section before you finish this page.
    • ROOMMATE REQUESTS: if you’re in a small group (2-4 people), you all must request each other on this page in order to guarantee you will all be in the same room. If you’re in a large group (>4), you can still request individual roommates, but it would help AYA (and better your chances) if you all request the same ENTRYWAY
  5. Camp Bulldog Page: Fill out accordingly for you little ones
  6. Fees Page:
    1. Reunion officially begins Friday, June 5th, but you can get housing on Thursday night in Davenport. The festivities unofficially begin at BAR Thursday night.
    2. Yes, you do need to pay for guests.
    3. Give your credit card info and CONFIRM!

YOU CAN MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR REGISTRATION UP UNTIL MAY 22. PLEASE DO SO VIA EMAIL TO reunions@yale.edu
