Recover your User ID or Password

If you have forgotten your Username or Password, please enter the preferred email address that you currently use to receive email messages from Williams below. An email containing a reminder of your username/password will be sent within a few minutes. If you are currently using the email forwarding service as your preferred email address, please try using that permanent email address instead. The address will end in alumni.williams.edu.

What can I do if I cannot remember my preferred email address?
If you cannot remember the email address you have with the College please send an email to alumni.relations@williams.edu with your name, class year, and birth date. An email address reminder to recover your login information will be sent within 24 hours.

What can I do if I do not have a preferred email address with Williams?
If you do not have a preferred email address with us, please send a detailed email to alumni.office@williams.edu with your name, class year, birth date, and preferred email address you would like to use. Once your preferred email address is updated you will be able to recover your login information. Please allow 24 hours for the update to take place.

What can I do if my email forwarding address is my preferred email address and is outdated or no longer exists?
If the forwarding email address is your preferred email address and no longer exists please submit a new preferred email address by sending an email to alumni.office@williams.edu with your name, class year, and birth date. Please allow 24 hours for the update. Once logged in, you will need to reactivate your email forwarding account.
