Licence Plate Application form

Dear West Chester University Alumni and Friends,

The time has come! Through the hard work of students and alumni, WCU license plates are a reality. Showcase your RAM pride! These specialty plates are purple and white and have a ram insignia to the side. They are great gift to both graduating seniors and alumni, and are available for $20.00. Simply fill out the application per the instructions below, and send it along with a check or money order to the WCU Alumni Association. MAIL APPLICATION AND CHECK TO:

Please make checks payable to WCU Alumni Association

Application Instructions:

1. Complete sections A, B, and D of the application.
2. In section B, list the name of the organization as WCU Alumni Association, using the above address and phone number of the Veterans Memorial Alumni House.
3. Don't forget to sign and date your application in section D!

Your application will be forwarded to the Department of Transportation by the WCU Alumni Relations Office. You should receive your RAM plate in 8-10 weeks.
