Barbara Bercik McConnell, CRNP, '86 CON received a Masters in Nursing from Duquesne University and received her accreditation through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in May 2012. Bercik McConnell is currently with the Palliative Care and Hospice Department at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pleasant Hills, Pa.

Mark Tribbitt (2003)
Mark Tribbitt '03 MBA received a doctorate of philosophy in Management from Drexel University in 2012. Dr. Tribbitt was a participant in the The PhD Project which encourages and supports PhD candidates who are African-American, Hispanic-American or Native American and hope to diversify corporate America by increasing the number of minority business professors. Dr. Tribbitt is one of only 291 African-American, Management business school professors in the United States.

Donna Eastabrooks, PhD, ’03 MA earned a PhD in Education, specializing in Post-Secondary and Adult Education from Capella University. Eastabrooks’ dissertation, “Comparison of Traditional and Nontraditional Students on Select Noncognitive Factors Relating to College Persistence” examined select factors academic integration, goal orientation and academic self-efficacy relative to the persistence of traditional and nontraditional college students. Eastabrooks is currently a professor of Dental Hygiene and both the clinical and local anesthesia coordinator at Manor College in Jenkintown, PA.
