When President Amy Gutmann described Penn as “the nearest approximation of heaven here on earth” in her commencement address to the Class of 2009, she captured the positive memories many Penn alumni have of the school. Penn alumni share a bond that lasts a lifetime, and luckily for us, we’re never far from another Penn alumnus. There are close to 2,000 Penn alumni living in the Greater New Haven region. We would like to help the Club stay connected with Penn and serve as a social and intellectual resource for its members. We’re planning some exciting events for 2012-2013 to include Penn varsity athletic events, cultural events, and lectures by Penn faculty.
