QuakerNet Features QuakerNet offers members of the Penn alumni community a suite of free online services designed to help foster connections among old and new friends as well as between alumni and Penn. You can navigate to each using the links below or through the menu at left. Once you register, you can take advantage of these great features: Community then, community now -- online! Alumni Directory The directory is your personal alumni address book. Use it to connect with past acquaintances or find a doctor or vet in your area! You can update your contact information with the University quickly and easily. To further personalize your account, add a picture to your profile. Alumni Email Forwarding Address Those registered with QuakerNet are offered a username@alumni.upenn.edu forwarding address, which allows you to associate an already existing email address (Hotmail, AOL, etc.) to an alumni.upenn.edu email. All incoming mail and to "username"@alumni.upenn.edu will be forwarded to your pre-existing account with your chosen service provider. The next time your email address changes, you won't have to notify everyone; you'll just need to update your QuakerNet profile with your new email address, and you’ll always be able to be reached. Alumni Notes Whether you are wondering what other Penn alumni are up to or want to share what’s going on in your own life, the Alumni Notes section of QuakerNet is a fun and informative resource for news on Penn alumni around the globe. PACNet: Penn Alumni Career Networking The Penn Alumni Career Network (PACNet) is a searchable database of alumni who have volunteered to provide career-related guidance and support to current students and fellow alumni. Search PACNet based on career field, geography, undergraduate and/or graduate degree, and more! Discussion Groups QuakerNet now offers online message boards for interested alumni. Start a discussion with classmates as close as your hometown and as far away as another continent. Events Calendar Wondering what’s going on at Penn or around the globe?
