The Las Vegas Nevada Chapter has a long history of activity. It has ranged from the annual 'Mama Ruth Dinner' to Green Chile Roasts & Picnics to Lobo Athletics in the form of conference play and tournaments. The Chapter, mainly through their Chile Roast, raised an initial $5,000 which was matched by the Alumni Association to start a Scholarship Endowment, and continues to add to it generously following each Chile Roast. They always welcome new volunteers.
