SUMMARY:27th UHAA Homecoming Golf  Tournament
DESCRIPTION:The Golf Tournament is postponed  until December 7. If you signed up and are not able to attend\, please email Cortney Kindall at ckkindal@central.uh.edu or call 713.743.0828. We will send a round of golf certificate to participants that can not make the rescheduled date. If you are interested in signing up for the new date\, please email Cortney Kindall so you can be added to the waiting list.

 \n   Title Sponsor ($1800\, FMV = $320) - Only 1 available:  Includes one foursome\, sponsor recognition at dinner\, and name on tournament signage.  Corporate Support ($1200\, FMV = $320):  Includes one foursome and name on tournament signage. Long Drive Contest Sponsor ($1000\, FMV = $160) - Only 1 Available:  Includes two players\, name on signage and recognition as a Long Drive Contest Sponsor. Closest to the Hole Sponsor ($1000\, FMV = $160) - Only 1 Available:  Includes two players\, name on signage\, and recognition as a Closest to the Hole Sponsor. 
 \n   Super Team Entry ($700\, FMV =$320):  Allows one group registered as a foursome to play in the tournament as a team\, 3 mulligans\, 3 door prize tickets\, and 3 raffle tickets per player.  Foursome Entry ($600\, FMV = $320):  Allows one group registered as a foursome to play in the tournament as a team\, 2 mulligans per player\, and 1 door prize ticket per player.   Playing Sponsor ($275\, FMV = $80):  Includes one player\, two mulligans\, one door prize ticket\, and one hole sponsorship.  Super Individual Entry ($175\, FMV = $80):  Includes one player entry\, three mulligans\, 3 door prize tickets\, and 3 raffle tickets.  Individual Member Entry ($150\, FMV = $80):  Includes one player\, two mulligans\, and one door prize ticket.  Hole Sponsorship ($150\, FMV = DONATION):  Recognition as a Hole Sponsor.
