Missions Statement and Officers
The CenterPoint Energy UH Alumni Association of The University of Houston Alumni Association is organized exclusively for the charitable and educational purpose to advance the interest and promote the welfare of the University of Houston.
More specific objectives shall be:
- To foster the natural bond among alumni;
- To assist the University, college, school or geographic region in carrying out its obligations to students, faculty, and alumni;
- To encourage alumni to assist in providing adequate support both for the University, college, school or geographic region and for all alumni activities;
All graduates, former students, and friends of the University of Houston who are also employed by or have been employed by Centerpoint Energy/Reliant Resources or any of its subsidiaries, and their spouses are eligible for membership. Each member shall be required to maintain active membership in UHAA.
