Mission Statement and Officers
The Graduate College of Social Work Alumni Association was created to support and to strengthen the relationship between the alumni and the Graduate College of Social Work at the University of Houston by:
- Providing activities/benefits to the alumni
- Being financially self-sufficient/independent
- Providing support to the Graduate College of Social Work
- Enhancing the image and visibility of the Graduate College of Social Work
- Participating actively in the recruitment of students to the Graduate College of Social Work
- Cooperating with other social work organizations (NASW, HSWOT, & ABSW, etc.)
