Friday, October 30
Sound Print Record: African American Legacies, Mechanical Hall, 4-6 p.m.
Join the BAO, President Harker, and the Board of Trustees for a reception and tour of this exciting new exhibit on campus. Admission is free and light refreshments will be served. RSVP is required. Event is sponsored by the Office of the President, Trustees Dr. Patricia DeLeon, Ms. Cynthia Primo Martin and Dr. Tony Allen , and the UD Alumni Association. Networking Reception & Late Night Happy Hour, Timothy's on the Riverfront, 7-11 p.m.
Join alumni and friends of BAO for a late night Happy Hour at Timothy’s on the Riverfront (930 Justison St.) in Wilmington! Cost: $5 in advance ($10 at the door) which includes complimentary buffet and drink specials all night.
Saturday, October 31
"Potluck" Tailgate, Delaware Stadium parking lot, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
BAO members will assemble in the area in between the Field House and Ice Arena for fellowship, food, and fun! Bring a lawn chair, a dish, and/or something to throw on the grill.
BAO Seating for Homecoming Football Game v. JMU, Delaware Stadium, 12 p.m.
Tickets are $18 (must be purchased in advance). Tickets will be under your name at the stadium will call the day of the game. Proper ID is required for ticket pick up.
BBQ at the Center for Black Culture, 192 South College Ave, 3-7 p.m.
Cost: $10 in advance ($15 at the door). Free for children 6yrs and younger. Costumes are encouraged for kids that want to participate in the Fall Festival Parade around the CBC.
Young Alumni "Pre-flow" Mixer, Rebel Restaurant 201 N Market St Wilmington, 8-9 p.m.
Reconnect with recent alumni over a few specialty drinks before heading to the official BAO Homecoming party. Admission is free.
BAO Homecoming Party - The Halloween Edition, Basil Bar & Grill Sheraton Suites, 422 Delaware Avenue Wilmington, 9 p.m. - 1 a.m.
Cost: $15 in advance ($20 at the door) and includes a complimentary buffet, drink specials and live DJ. Special prizes for everyone that comes in a costume (more than just a mask, please).
Proceeds from all Homecoming activities will benefit the UD BAO Scholarship Endowment Fund. BAO Homecoming events have be co-sponsored by the University of Delaware Alumni Association
