About the Association

Mission Statement

The Stony Brook Alumni Association seeks to reach, serve and engage all Stony Brook Alumni, students and other constituencies to foster a lifelong intellectual and emotional connection between the University and its graduates, and to provide the University with goodwill and support.

Discounts on services and travel, library access, scholarships, exclusive events, and volunteering are just some of the discounts and benefits the Alumni Association has to offer.

The Alumni Association is lead by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of Stony Brook alumni representing the interest of the Association. Find out more about them here.

The Office of Alumni Relations is located on the Stony Brook University Campus in the Frank Melville Library, Room E-1315.

Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
