Jim Langlais (1998) has recently formed Rosner & Langlais, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. Jim was previously a Partner at Alston & Bird, LLP. "My desire for a more flexible practice, lower overhead, and alternative billing arrangements drove me to leave the big law firm and open my own firm. I continue to practice all aspects of environmental law, real estate law, product liability law, and toxic torts, but have also expanded my practice to include advising young renewable energy companies. How Texas Rule 122's General Appearance and Deemed-Service Provisions Violate International Law." The article is about the conflict between Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 122 and the federal procedures required by the Hague Service Convention when serving a defendant in certain foreign jurisdictions.

They will continue to reside in Austin, Texas where Lesli works as the Litigation Manager and Staff Attorney for the Texas General Land Office.
