David Tolin (2010)
David Tolin, Jr. (2010) has joined the Houston office of Ford Nassen & Baldwin, P.C. as an associate, continuing the firm’s expansion of its Houston office. Mr. Tolin’s practice focuses on all aspects of the construction process. He assists clients in preparing contract documents, counseling on business and legal issues that arise during construction projects, as well as risk management, and resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration or litigation.

Fellows of the Foundation are selected for their outstanding professional achievements and their demonstrated commitment to the improvement of the justice system throughout the state of Texas. Election is a mark of distinction and recognition of Ms. Oncken’s Contributions to the legal profession.
Selection as a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation is restricted to members of the State Bar of Texas. Each year one-third of one percent of State Bar members are invited to become Fellows. Once nominees are selected, they must be elected by the Texas Bar Foundation Board of Trustees.
