Thanks to all who participated in the SU reunion class library challenge. The winning class with the most gifts toward the library renovations is the Class of 1999 who stayed out in front the entire time. The class will receive a private class reception and champagne toast in the newly renovated space on Saturday, November 15th.
In addition, the class raised enough money to select a large quote relevant to the pursuit of knowledge which will become part of the library's interior design, along with their class year. Look for more information in the coming weeks. Congratulations class of 1999 and thank you for your generous support. In addition, the class who raised the most dollars toward the library renovations was the Class of 1984. The class raised enough money to name a study room. We will be working with you to select a quote for placement in your study room along with your class year. Thanks as well to you for your generous donations.
Other classes who gave enough money to name spaces, along with quotes, include the following classes: 2009, 1994, 1979, 1974, 1969, 1964 and 1959. Look for information coming soon about your naming opportunities.
Your generous donations made it possible to accommodate new research and study practices for today's students. Thanks for being a part of Susquehanna's future.
