Roger Hess (1978)
Roger Hess (1978) writes, "It had been 35 years since 60 or so incoming Johnnies from the class of ’78 spent their freshman year on the second floor of Mary Hall. They gathered together for the first time this past August 1 at the family home of Roger Hess on McCarrons Lake in the Twin Cities. Proving that God works in mysterious ways, this once disco-dancing bunch has transformed into a group of upstanding citizens including doctors, lawyers, teachers, engineers, priests, and captains of industry. A good time was had by all and we encourage other freshmen floors to consider having a reunion; you will be glad you did! A collection was also taken up for current residents of second Mary."
