Pecans An annual tradition for over 40 years, the club has sold pecans during the fall to raise money for scholarships. Each year the profit from pecan sales is invested in the club’s scholarship fund; the annual income from which is distributed to a student from Westchester. Last year, the club raised over $7000 from pecan sales! Pecans are great for cooking, holiday gifts, and school snacks. Each bag contains one pound of mammoth pecan halves and costs $9. The tax-deductible portion is $3.42.
