Sophie
& Co.’s story is the
classic tale of two financial whizzes, Christine
Gonzalez ‘99 & Eunice Tavolacci,
who found friendship and fulfillment through
their creative diversions. The two gals put
their heads and hands together to create one-of-a-kind
bags for friends … and then friends-of-friends
… and soon enough, their wares were
swept up at local boutiques quicker than their
part-time stitching sessions could replace
them (even with the help of all their Smithie
friends).
