SAVE THE DATES Sunday, January 13th, 2008 Calling all alumnae! The Smith College Club of Atlanta with warm wishes and a big welcome to the new year, cordially invites you to "Tea" on Sunday, January 13th, 2:00pm to 4:00pm. RSVP by January 10th, 2008 GET INVOLVED Seeking talented alumnae. Your involvement makes a difference! Contact Stephanie Wilson at kampelstep@aol.com or Theresa Scott at Theresa_scott@bellsouth.net if you are interested in any of these positions: Social Team - 2 Positions Open Facilitate setting up a quarterly event to bring our local and statewide alumnae together for networking, socializing, and information sharing. Assist the leadership team with the annual tea and lemonade social. Work with communications chair to publicize events. Communication Chair - 1 Position Open Facilitate the publicizing of all club information, events, and invitations through available channels, including a quarterly newsletter, monthly e-mail blasts, written invitations, e-invites, and Web postings. Work with club Webmaster to keep all information current about club events. Treasurer, Co-Chair - 1 Position Open Work with our current treasurer to assist in the recruitment of club members, keeping accurate bookkeeping records on dues and subscriptions, and keep up all filings with the college. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
