Recover your User ID or Password

If you have forgotten your User ID or password, enter the email address that you used when you registered for this community. An email containing your User ID and password will be sent.

If you cannot remember the email address we have on file, or if you believe your email address is no longer valid, send a detailed email to customer.service@alumnicenter.usc.edu to request your User ID or password.
