She was born on March 25, 2008 in Whittier Presbyterian, and weighed 6 lb., 8 oz.. Isabella is the baby of the USC Trojan family. She is welcomed by Big Brothers Brian, 18, Arias, 17, and Big Sister Samantha,15.

CHRISTIAN (PERALTA) MADERA (2003) and Sara (Wood) Madera will be celebrating their first wedding anniversary this year, after getting married on March 15, 2009 in Davis Island Garden Club, Tampa, Florida. The best man was David Feinberg, Christian's roommate at USC, who was recently also married to Annie Wolfson (2006). Nate Berg (2006) was also an groomsman. The couple currently resides in New York, NY.

She is currently serving her 2nd term on the chapter's Board of Directors.

John Cote (1978)
John Cote (1978) writes, "Since graduating from USC in 1978 I have been a Peace Corps Volunteer in Gabon, Central Africa (1980-82), a General Manager of the family's Chevrolet Dealership and I raised two wonderful children. Since 1989 I have been the Owner/Broker of the John Cote' Company in Rancho Santa Fe, California. The company is a small but well regarded residential real estate brokerage in the Covenant of Rancho Santa Fe.
I have a daughter, Kate who graduated from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Kate is 27 years old and lives in San Diego. She is a ship builder with Nassco. My son, John Claude, 23, is a 2nd Lt. in the U.S. Army having graduated West Point in the class of '09.
On April 1, 2010 I will embark on a walk across America on behalf of The Fisher House Foundation. Fisher House provides comfortable living arrangements for families of wounded servicemen and women as their loved one recovers from surgeries, treatments and rehabilitation. They do wonderful work that takes some of the financial burden off the shoulders of the V.A. and the Department of Defense.
They are able to build these fabulous facilities next to military hospitals around the country through generous donations from private citizens and corporations.
The Walk for Warriors will take me from Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base in Oceanside, California to Fort Benning , Ga. some 2,117 miles away. My goal is to raise $2,000,000 for Fisher House.
It is my hope that the Trojan Family will think of those thousands of seriously wounded soldiers, marines, airmen and sailors who have sacrificed so much for our freedoms.

JOHN FERRELL (2006) writes, "I am currently participating in Operation Unified Response in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. I have been in country since Jan. 18, 2010 to aid in the US military's humanitarian relief efforts, and I plan to remain here until March. This mission comes five months after redeploying from a 12 month tour in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, which spanned from August 2008 to August 2009. I am a member of the 3d Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) stationed at Fort Knox, KY."
