Lena Claxton (University College - New Brunswick)
Lena Claxton (University College - New Brunswick, 2000) writes, "I'm Lena Claxton, from RU's Class of 2000 - dual degrees: Journalism & English and this is a plea for help.

I'm a first-time author of a business book, How to Say It: Marketing with New Media: A Guide to Promoting Your Small Business Using Websites, E-Zines, Blogs, and Podcasts from Penguin/Prentice Hall. My co-author and I are in that exciting and yet terrifying stage where we send galleys out to professionals and ask them what they think about the book.

All we need is for experts to read the book (at whatever pace you like), and send back a 1-3 sentence blurb by April 25.

The publisher is looking for anyone who:

1. Works in new media;
2. Is a working journalist at either a business, national or regional media outlet
3. Works with small, medium or large-sized businesses.
4. Has a business themselves who is interested in using new media to market their enterprise.

Rewards:
1. Your review will be in the first pages of the book. You can use this to highlight yourself, your company or your experience.
2. A free book!
3. My eternal thanks

If you are interested, please e-mail me directly at lena@newmediamavens.com and I will have a book overnighted to you pronto! Any questions, you can also call me at 704-644-2831.

Thanks for your support and for reading this far.

All the best

Lena Claxton"  Click here for photo
