Greater Syracuse, NY Chapter 
We invite all Penn Staters and friends to join us in Chapter Activities. Our aim is to provide a means for Penn State alumni, both young and old, to share their Penn State experiences, provide help to local students who have an interest in, or are attending Penn State, take part in community projects and sponsor educational and fun events for alumni, their friends, and families.

Recent and Upcoming Events -
Annual Dinner.Was held on Friday, June 15 at the Comfort Inn and Suites. Our guest was Jay Paterno, a dynamic representative of Penn State. (See Events tab)
Guest speaker last year was Joe Battista, the Associate Athletic Director for Ice Arena & Hockey Operations at Penn State. Mr. Battista talked about the new ice facility made possible by the largest gift in the Universitiy's history and how it helped launch Division 1 hockey at Penn State..
Annual Picnic/Planning Meeting: The annual picnic was hosted by Susanne and Andy Polley on Saturday, August 11th in Cortland. See Officers tab for current officers and board members.
Adopt-a-Highway. A Highway Cleanup was held in September. To help in future cleanups, please contact Sal Scrano (655-3515)
College Fairs. College fairs are held at several area high schools. Anyone interested in participating please call Lydia West (673-1998)
