The
Oberlin Club of the San Francisco Bay Area has its own newsletter that is
delivered by closed listserv (you will not be able to post to the list and will
only receive approved messages). To subscribe to the newsletter, please send an
email message to majordomo@venus.cc.oberlin.edu.
Please leave the subject line blank. The body of the message should contain
this line: subscribe oberlinalumni_sfbayarea, or alternately unsubscribe
oberlinalumni_sfbayarea, should you no longer wish to receive the Bay Area
newsletter. Users should not have anything else in the body of their message
and should turn off/eliminate all signature information.

The newsletter is sent out once a month, during the first week of each month.
Submissions are due on the LAST DAY OF THE MONTH PRIOR TO THE NEWSLETTER IN
WHICH YOU'D LIKE TO BE INCLUDED. This means that if you have an event during
the first week of a month you should include your post in the previous month's
newsletter.
In your submission, please include your graduating year and the graduating
years of any other Obies involved.
The activity, event, or announcement MUST promote, involve, or be of specific
interest to Oberlin grads in the San Francisco Bay Area.
PLEASE TRY TO REDUCE PRESS RELEASES DOWN TO A PARAGRAPH OF THE MOST SALIENT
INFORMATION, and submit only plain text (no attachments or HTML).
