Oberlin Latino Alumni Association
|
| Overview |
(OLAA) was approved by the Executive Board in spring 1993 as the Alumni Association's fifth self-defined group. It serves to foster communication and community on issues of interest among Latino alumni and students; to provide representation of Latino alumni and voice for Latino issues and concerns in the Alumni Council and in the College as a whole; and to increase and retain the number of Latinos in the Oberlin College community as students, faculty, and staff. A representative serves on the Alumni Council.
Starting in the Summer of 2005 OLAA has begun outreach activities and is active again. We are looking for Alumni to serve on the executive board of OLAA.
