1999 Reunion

Please join us in celebrating our 10th Reunion during Homecoming Weekend, October 16-17, 2009!

CLASS OF 1999 REUNION EVENTS

Saturday, October 17, 2009

1:00 p.m.: Class of 1999 Tailgate on Godwin Field

• Tickets for the tailgate (including food and drinks) will be available online soon ($20 for adults, $10 for children under 12, free for children under 2).  Please check back soon for more details.
• Upon arrival in the all-alumni tailgate tent, please check-in and follow the signs to find your fellow classmates in the Class of 1999 section
• To register for the tailgate, visit the Class of 99 reunion registration page.

3:30 p.m.: JMU Football Game v. Villanova in Bridgeforth Stadium

• Tickets for the football game must be purchased in advance.  The Class of 1999 has a block of tickets reserved.
• Tickets are $30 and can be purchased through the JMU Ticket Office. 
• To purchase tickets go to the Promotions Page and type in JMU99 as the Promotional Code.  The block will be available through August 14th.

7:00 p.m. Class of 1999 Evening Reception at Ham's (formerly known as The Biltmore)

• Remember the Biltmore?  The Class of '99 will be gathering at Ham's (formerly known as The Biltmore) on Saturday night for food, fun and reminiscing about old times!
• Cost is $25 per person.  Advance registration required.  Please register at the Class of '99 Reunion Registration Page.

HOTEL INFORMATION

We hope you will come for the weekend and enjoy all the Homecoming festivities.  To make your travel plans easier, we have reserved blocks of rooms for the Class of 1999 at the following area hotels:

• Hampton Inn (85 University Blvd, Harrisonburg, VA 22801, 540-432-1111). Rate is $149/per night.
• Comfort Inn (1440 East Market Street, Harrisonburg, VA 22801, 540-433-6066). Rate is $135/night.
• Best Western (45 Burgess Road, Harrisonburg, VA 22801, 540-433-6089). Rate is $79/night.

Please note: All rooms will be released on September 16, 2009, so please make your reservations soon.  When making a reservation, please mention “JMU Class of 1999 Reunion.”
