With more than 30,000 alumni in the Metro DC area, the MetroDukes Chapter is the largest chapter of JMU alumni. We are an extension of the community we left behind; Harrisonburg in Northern Virginia, DC and Southern Maryland. 

We organize a broad range of activities to help alumni renew old acquaintances and meet new friends. These activities include, but are by no means limited to, Chapter meetings, Job Fairs, Golf Tournaments, Relay For Life teams, New Alumni Receptions, Book Clubs, Happy Hours, Scholarships, and Crabfests.

Our goal is to serve as your hometown connection to JMU. If you've never been to a MetroDukes event, or haven't been in a while, our doors and our activities are open to you. Come check us out.
