 Welcome to the Roanoke Chapter of the James

Madison University Alumni Association!

The JMU Alumni Association connects alumni to extend the JMU Experience.  We create an environment that engages, enriches and celebrates our university and alumni - building lifelong relationships.  As one of over 40 alumni groups in the association, the Roanoke Chapter hopes to extend this mission to the nearly 1,800 JMU alumni living in the surrounding Roanoke, NRV and Lynchburg.

We have various ways to come out and meet your fellow Dukes like - happy hours, networking events, community services events and athletic events.  We would love to have you come to an event to talk about your days at JMU.  We can reminisce about D-Hall food, your favorite memories and you can get the chance to make new JMU friends.  If you are new to the Roanoke area, have suggestions for an event, or would like to get more involved, please email RoanokeChpt@alumni.jmu.edu.  We look forward to seeing you at our next event.
