The Charlottesville Area Chapter was created in November of 2007 with a goal of creating a platform for graduates in the area to socialize, network, and give back to a University that gave so much to us. Through a wide array of events focused on supporting JMU, we aim to strengthen the bond between Charlottesville Area alumni and create lasting JMU friendships. In less than a year our Chapter has held numerous successful events, produced countless fond memories, and has begun to raise establish a scholarship fund that will undoubtly instill JMU pride to future Dukes and former Dukes alike.
