RSS Feeds

RSS Feeds:
  • Events  - The newest events added to the Events.
  • Class Notes  - The newest notes added to Class Notes.
  • What is RSS?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a format for publishing frequently updated content on a website, such as news posts or journal entries. An RSS document is called a "feed" and contains a summary of the content and links to the website. Feeds sometimes contain audio content known as "podcasts."

    Why use RSS?
By using RSS you can stay on top of the news and information you need without using your e-mail system and without repeatedly checking multiple Web sites to see if they have been updated. RSS simplifies the way you stay informed and helps you take control of overloaded email inboxes.

How to subscribe to RSS Feeds:
In supported browsers, you subscribe to a feed by clicking on the feed icon () located either on the web page, or in your browser's address bar. You will be given the option to subscribe to the feed, after which it will appear in your browser's bookmark list.

Software (called "feed readers" or "feed aggregators") is available if your browser does not support RSS feeds.
