Mission:

As an extension of the National Inroads Alumni Association (NIAA), the Pittsburgh Chapter recognizes that we are the true measure of INROADS' success. We commit to facilitate and leverage alumni networking opportunities; advance and promote alumni opportunities for continuing leadership and personal professional development; and support the mission of INROADS, Inc. and its affiliates by mentoring interns, and by providing value-added services to surrounding communities.

Objectives:

• Enhance alumni participation and involvement in events held by the chapter.
• Facilitate an active relationship between students and alumni through mentorship.  
• Provide learning opportunities for alumni looking to improve their leadership skills, change or advance in their careers, apply to grad school, invest, etc.
• Maintain collaborate relationships with strategic partner organizations and key industry professionals.
• Creating ways to get interns involved and connected to the alumni organization and the overall community.
• Increase alumni visibility with the summer interns and serve as a resource for the interns.
