The purpose of the INROADS Alumni Association-NYC is to develop and enhance the INROADS alumni network in the NYC area  by providing opportunities for networking, career and personal development and advancement as well as providing a platform where INROADS alumni can exchange ideas, advice, and collaborate with each other. Below are a list of goals we have for 2009 but we cannot achieve these without you, we look forward to your participation and feedback within the chapter.

Our goals include:

• Enhance alumni participation and involvement in events and regular meetings held by the chapter.
  
• Facilitate an active relationship between students and alumni through mentorship.
  
• Provide learning opportunities for alumni looking to improve their leadership skills, change or advance in their careers, apply to grad school, invest, etc.
  
• Maintain collaborate relationships with strategic partner organizations and key industry professionals.
  
• Broaden the intern's understanding of IAA-NYC and its mission by creating ways to get interns involved and connected to the alumni organization.
  
• Increase alumni visibility with the summer interns and serve as a resource for the interns.
