What is MIAN?
The MetLife INROADS Alumni Network (MIAN) is a network of alumni that progressed through the INROADS internship process and are now working full-time at MetLife. The group consists of individuals whose internship was either sponsored by MetLife, or they transitioned over to MetLife at a later point in their careers. INROADS is one of the top internship programs that MetLife uses as a pipeline for recruiting quality talent from diverse students of color.
MIAN is the post-INROADS experience where alumni continue to strive for excellence and groom themselves to become future leaders of MetLife. Currently MIAN is comprised of over 100 members nationwide. Alumni work across multiple lines of business, from entry-level to officer-level positions, and encompass recent graduates as well as members with long-established careers.

To be an organization that provides continued professional development to INROADS Alumni and supports and encourages their growth into future business leaders of the MetLife enterprise.
