Looking for career advice, networking opportunities or jobs targeted to Holy Cross alumni? Alumni Career Services can help with the challenges you're facing today and offers a spectrum of services to alumni and students in need of career advice and assistance.

Career Services are accessible to all registered members of the Holy Cross Alumni Online Community directly or through the assistance of the Alumni Career Services Coordinator.

Job Postings
Add a job posting to the job databank, or search the databank for available opportunities.

Resumé Postings
Add a resumé to the resumé databank, or search the databank to fill a position. You may also use the Holy Cross Alumni Online Directory to add a resumé to your profile and to search for resumés of Holy Cross alumni.

Alumni Career Advisors
Look for or share career advice in your field of interest. Join or access the more than 5,000 alumni who have agreed to serve as career advisors and to be contacted by alumni and students seeking career advice, information and assistance. Active career advisors are denoted by their "Yes" Career Planning Volunteer Indicator.

Alumni and students using the Online Directory are asked to:

• Contact only those alumni who have agreed to serve as career advisors
• Be respectful when initiating contact and identify yourself as an alumna/us or student
• Defer to the advisor's schedule when arranging meetings and telephone interviews
• Be prepared in your knowledge of the advisor's career field and business
• Have a list of pertinent questions available
• Respond in a courteous and prompt manner when acknowledging courtesies given
• Not ask the advisor for a job or to find a job
• Not use the Online Directory to promote your business or services
• Not use the Online Directory for mass mailing or for purposes of unsolicited mail, telephone calls, or e-mail.
