Welcome to the 1977 MBA Class Page! This is the place to get updated information on your classmates.

to their class, and to send us updated class and contact information as it becomes
available.
Class Notes William Hyde has been working at UBS for 32 years. Doug Boettcher lives in Dallas and has two sons: a twenty-one year
old, that is working on his mechanical engineering degree at Oklahoma State
University and a eighteen year old boy. Bruce Wald and his wife Janyce have now been married for almost 34
years and have lived in Colorado (Castle Pines Village, just south of Denver)
for the past 25 years. Although he’s kept his professional offices in Europe
and California, he mostly commutes to his offices in Washington DC and Rochester,
New York. Bruce’s daughter Leigh is an attorney in Colorado and is married
and his son Andrew graduated with BS and MS degrees in Biomedical Engineering
from Vanderbilt and Brown respectively, and is a Product Development Engineer
for Smith & Nephew in Memphis focusing on orthopedic implants. Linda Davidson worked for 17 years after receiving her degree, both
in marketing and sales in retailing and then with a destination management
company. In 1994, she stopped working and has been volunteering, traveling
and enjoying life in general. Linda and her husband, who is a surgeon, have
traveled to Kenya, Tanzania, S. Africa, Botswana, China, Vietnam, Turkey,
Cuba, Russia as well as countries in Europe and places in the U.S. She spent
two weeks in Yaroslavl, Russia, doing volunteer work. They spend about 8-10
weeks a year in Snowmass, Colorado and have three grown children, one who
will be married in May. Linda’s volunteer commitments include working with
neglected children as a Court Appointed Special Advocate, doing pet therapy,
serving on the Alliance Theatre Board for 15 years and chairing an Independent
Living program for developmentally disabled young adults. Update Your Information
