Welcome to online community for Executive Women of Goizueta (EWG).

In the last century, the presence of women in the executive ranks has grown exponentially, but our presence has not come without unique challenges -- from fighting established beliefs about women's capabilities to managing frustrations of lower pay scales and finding a balance between work and family.

The mission of the Executive Women of Goizueta (EWG) is to provide a forum for Goizueta women to be successful leaders in their careers, communities and lives. EWG provides the environment in which to share experiences, learn about recent business trends and motivate one another to be successful leaders at work, at home and in our communities.

Executive Women of Goizueta are now accepting nominations for the Guiding Star and BRIDGE Awards. Nominations must be received by July 19, 2010. More information can be found here.
