The Emory Alumni Chapter of Greater Boston!

Dear Emory Alumni, Students, Parents, and Friends,

Welcome to the Greater Boston Chapter of the Emory Alumni Association!  With approximately 1700 Emory alumni residing in the Greater Boston area, our growing chapter aims to serve the needs and interests of a diverse community.  Our alumni, whose dates of graduation span every decade from the 1930s to the present, represent all of the undergraduate, graduate, and professional schools of the University.

As a volunteer-driven organization, our chapter focuses on developing dynamic programs, activities, and events, with the goal of connecting area alumni, students, parents, families, and friends to each other and to Emory.  To accomplish this goal, we seek to offer a wide variety of opportunities:

  • Social gatherings
  •  Cultural programs
  •  Professional networking
  •  Emory sporting events
  •  Community service projects
  •  Student receptions
  •  Faculty and guest lectures
  •  Family-friendly activities

We also host events with visiting members of the Emory community--including President and Mrs. Wagner, Dean of Emory College Bobby Paul, other Emory deans and faculty members, and Emory student-athletes participating in local sports competitions.

In addition to chapter activities, our alumni actively participate in the Emory alumni network by serving as career resources and mentors to each other, as well as current students, through the Emory Career Network, and by acting as admissions representatives and ambassadors for prospective students through the Alumni Admission Network.

You can find information on all of these great opportunities throughout this website.  Please check back regularly for updates.
