Join the Westchester-Connecticut Chapter for a day of service! Emory Cares volunteers will collect appropriate items (see list below) over the next few weeks and then gather to sort the items for Interfaith. Items needed: In-season clothing only for men, women or children. Must be in new or very good condition. Houseware items including blankets, sheets, towels, non-electrical kitchen items. In addition, some participants may choose to help transport the sorted items to the Interfaith site in Ossining, NY, at a time of their convenience, during the following work week. Children ages 10 and up are welcome to participate. Project coordinator: Alisa Kesten 77C, alisahk143@aol.com.
Volunteer with fellow Emory alumni, students, parents, and friends on this special day of service! Alumni chapters across the US and around the world will be coming together in November to celebrate Emory Cares, a day to give back to humanity and unite in our common bond of leadership and community.
