Deerfield Academy

Planned Giving
Over the past 200 years, Deerfield Academy has grown and prospered thanks to generous gifts from alumni, parents and friends. Many of these people have chosen to support Deerfield by making "planned gifts" including cash, securities or other assets; life income gifts; charitable lead trusts or bequests. These gifts can offer donors significant financial or tax benefits, while ensuring that Deerfield remains financially strong for future generations of students.
What Assets to Give

To meet your specific needs, Deerfield offers a variety of gift options and accepts many types of assets. Please click here for a general guide about ways of giving and potential financial and tax benefits. Before making a gift, we recommend you consult with your attorney or financial advisor.

The Frank L. and Helen Childs Boyden Society

Membership in the Frank L. and Helen Childs Boyden Society is open to all who wish to join the tradition of making a lasting gift to Deerfield Academy. These gifts include bequests, life income gifts, gifts of a retirement plan or insurance policy, and other deferred gifts. Membership is voluntary and without obligation. It is our way of honoring those who so generously participate in Deerfield's planned giving program.
