Careers for Life
The Center for Career Development at Drew University offers alumni lifelong access to career services, whether you have been out one year or twenty. Of life's important decisions, choosing the right career ranks among the most important. Finding work that allows you to express your passions, interests, skills and values is essential to real success. The career decision-making process extends across a lifetime, and the decisions you made when you graduated may no longer fit. If you find yourself questioning your choices, feeling unfulfilled or simply needing a change but don't know where to begin, the Center for Career Development can help.   DrewLink  
The Center for Career Development maintains an online database of jobs and internships for current students and alumni. We encourage you to utilize this database to search for positions or to post openings in your organization.

To access DrewLink:
  1. Log onto website: www.drew.edu/career
  2. On left side, select "DrewLink Internship Database"
  3. On middle of screen, select "Click Here for DrewLink"
  4. First-time users, select "Register." Use the following access codes:

  MyPlan  
If you are contemplating a career change but are unsure of which direction to pursue, you should begin by engaging in self-assessment. MyPlan is an online career assessment program that is free to Drew students and alumni. It is an integrated program that assesses your skills, interests, values, and personality and suggests a list of careers to consider based on your profile. In addition, the site offers a database of over 500 careers containing information and resources to guide you in your search.

To access DrewLink:
  1. Go to: http://drew.myplan.com
  2. Select "Create free account"
  3. On the second screen of the registration process, you will be asked to provide a school license code, which is: 4AVJBGNK
  4. You will now have access to the entire site. Go to "Assessments" to complete the skills, values, interests, and personality assessments. Your results will be displayed along with a Composite Score that shows the top 25 career matches.
  5. Make an appointment with a career counselor to discuss your results and to create a career plan by calling (973) 408-3710.

Career Advisory Network
Use this tool to get an inside look at career options through informational interviewing and networking. This program is not designed for job search, but rather serves as an educational and informational program to enhance career exploration.

Post jobs or search for job listings offered by members of your community or from the international network of colleges, universities and organizations.

Business Exchange
The Business Exchange enables you to find products and services offered by fellow alums, or promote your own.

Resume Center
Use this tool to post your resume in the community or to search those posted.
