Richard finally succumbed to pancreatic cancer after a 2 1/2 battle. He is survived by his wife, Leslie and children Adrienne, Joel and Ariel. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. My retirement followed a 41 year career, five and a half years in private industry, 14 1/2 years with the NYC Department of Transportation and 21 years with the Port Authority. I was involved in Transportation and Traffic Engineering throughout my entire career.
