Columbia Club of Denmark: Thanksgiving event with photographer Jacob Holdt at Louisiana Museum
Dear All,
The Columbia University Club of Denmark is pleased to invite you to its first Thanksgiving event Saturday Nov. 28, 2009.
Spouses, significant others etc. are also welcome to join, as Thanksgiving is a family holiday.
Due to the popularity of Jacob Holdt's exhibition at Louisiana Museum, we suggest participants who are interested in seeing his movie come at 4 p.m. or earlier. Also, his tour will be around two hours, so dinner is at 6:30 p.m.
Jacob Holdt is the recipient of Fogtdals photography prize of kr. 250.000 this year, and the exhibition at Louisiana is one of the most visited ever at the museum.

We will start at 4:30 p.m. with a guided tour by Danish photographer Jacob Holdt of his recently opened show at Louisiana Museum. Faith, Hope and Love – Jacob Holdt's America is the first major museum presentation in the world of his work.
At 6:30 p.m. Bolette of the restaurant Bolettes G?stebud will serve a Thanksgiving dinner (turkey and the works, pecan pie for dessert). Dinner (without drinks) is Dkr. 220.
