Wellesley College Additional Information
Wellesley used the online system for all reunion registrations. There was one event registration form for each of the 11 classes invited back. Wellesley grouped the events into a 'Reunion 2005' category - making it quick and easy to obtain an alumnae head count. Many alumnae reported that they loved online registration and that the site was extremely easy to use. We used the system to enter all registrations we received by mail, thereby, processing approximately 1500 (plus guests) registrations online! We imported into our internal data base and balanced all counts and budgets correctly for the first time in 5 years!
