SCHOLARSHIPS
Prime orchestra tickets are
available for the House's exciting spring fundraiser: an
unforgettable evening on Broadway featuring the Tony
Award-winning revival of Sweeney Todd. One of the most
gripping and innovative musicals to hit Broadway in
years, Sweeney Todd stars the inimitable Patti LuPone
(an I. House alumna!) and Michael Cerveris. The June
27th event begins with a cocktail reception at 5:00 p.m.
followed by the performance at 7:00 p.m. All proceeds
support scholarships and programs at International

 1995-2000 ALUMNI REUNION HELD
"When
is our next reunion?" was the question most often
overheard through the laughter and conversation at New
York City Calling...the 1995-2000 Global Alumni Reunion
held June 2-4 at International House. Over fifty alumni
returned to International House for a weekend full of
activities.More

ALUMNI GATHER ON CAPITOL
HILL
Washington DC, which is home to I.
House's largest grouping of alumni in the United States
outside of New York City, was the site of a spring
alumni reception on May 16th. Hosted at the home of
alumna Rima Finzi-Strauss '77 and her
husband Harlan, the event also featured remarks
by Gordon Gray '82,Deputy
Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern

HOUSE HEADS NORTH OF THE BORDER
Canadian
Friends of International House (Les Amis Canadiens de
la Maison Internationale) and World Council of
Alumni Member Dany Comeau '87
hosted an alumni reception in Montreal on May 23rd
during the Association of International Educators
conference. International House's Directors of Programs
and Resident Life and Admissions, as well as several
other current and former staff members were on hand for
the festivities. More
