Password-Protected Training Resources You will need your login information for the Client Community (COLC) in order to access all training resources. If you do not know your login information, please contact your Client Relations Manager.
Lost Records No Longer Filtered By Default Lost and deceased records were automatically filtered from the recipient list in the Email Marketing application. Administrators may manually filter out lost records when creating a new list by setting Lost/Deceased indicator not equal to (!=) Lost.

On-demand training is self-paced training available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from the convenience of your desktop. On-demand training allows users to obtain the training they need when they needed.

Live training via WebEx is interactive training that can be delivered to clients and their staff/volunteers anywhere in the world via a virtual classroom.

| Customized Training |
Customized training is client centered training designed specifically to meet the client's needs and objectives. The session can be on-demand, live via WebEx, onsite, or a combination of the options.
Some examples:
- The session can be scheduled as a live session via WebEx that is recorded for participants who could not attend the live session and future reference, or
- The session can be scheduled as an onsite session, where the participants attend a live follow-up session via WebEx.
Note: Additional fees may apply.

Training manuals are printable PDFs particularly useful prior to, during, and after training. Prior to training the manuals allow users to jump-start their training venture. During training session, the manuals allow the trainee to concentrate on and partake in the training during the actual session instead of taking detailed notes. After the training, trainees can use the manuals for reviewing and as a reference document.
