Dear
,
Do you work on projects that seem to grow
in scope and shrink in resources?
Join us Saturday, April 22nd and learn project management
best practices that will save you time, money, and
headaches.
Everyone
manages projects -- at home, at work, in the community.
Learn practical tips from a master practitioner
to help you become more effective in all five phases of
the project life cycle: initiating, planning, execution,
control,
and project closeout.
You'll
also learn how to develop a basic project charter, a
powerful tool to get your next project off to a winning
start. |
