Purpose of Email: email (Friars Working Together) went out to all alumni, parents and friends who had not yet contributed to the PC Annual Fund 2006, followed by a second message soon after.

Second email used Broadcast List function in order to actually reflect pledge $ amounts of individual alums. Both of these emails were in total conformity with the design of our regular Annual Fund snail mails.
