Welcome to the second largest alumni chapter of Carnegie Mellon University.

Getting Involved

The New York Metro Alumni Chapter is here to further foster the great relationships that we all developed during our time at CMU, as well as to foster new relationships and build a general sense of community among all alumni living in the New York metro area.

Whether or not you have been involved in the chapter in the past, we welcome your participation now, at whatever level you are interested. Please feel free to contact any of our board members to get information about, or to discuss the chapter.

We hope that you will join us for any of our exciting events throughout the year, and to join us on the web through any of our outreach initiatives.

Metro Area Events

We have planned and held many exciting events that we believe are of interest to New York Metro alumni. These include movie nights, happy hours, theatre excursions, speakers both from the university and of general interest (including join membership with the Oxonian Society).

We are in the midst of expanding our presence across the web to bring ourselves closer to you. This includes Facebook , LinkedIn, Google Calendars and Google Groups, amongst other initiatives.
