Christine Whitesell (1989)
Christy Whitesell (1989) spent the last 16 years running her own fine arts business and attended close to 300 juried fine art shows throughout the Western United States. Her ceramic pieces are collectors items throughout the US and Europe with a clean modern and innovative approach. Prior to running her art business, Christy worked in several hospitality environments and had the privilege of working alongside fantastic peers in the industry both in privately owned restaurants and with Kimco Management, in their lovely European style hotel properties. As I have met my goals as an artist and can no longer be 'on the road' with a young daughter to raise, I am hoping to return to my roots as an advocate of superior customer service. I live in Ventura County, just outside of Los Angeles. My managerial, administrative, marketing and computer skills are vast. I would appreciate the opportunity to work alongside other 'Hotelies' who truly understand customer service at its finest. Bill Kimpton believed strongly in certain customer service themes and allowed his front office agents the latitude to make judgement calls to support the customer's experience. I believe that was a critical element of his extreme success.

Drew Ries (1992)
Drew Ries (1992) and Stephanie Black are proud to announce the birth of a baby boy, Gavin Black Ries. He was born on March 20, in Wynnewood, PA at Lankenau Hospital, and weighed 6 lb., 9 oz.. Drew is really enjoying being a dad but struggling with the lack of sleep caused by Gavin's preference to be up at 4am and his wife Stephanie's pediatric anesthesia residency schedule!
